Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 奇谷米 at 5.0 against Cast+'s 3.5. 奇谷米 also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). Cast+'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
