Find a Company Search for a company you have a relationship with and want to send a request to. This could be a company you are a customer of, a company whose newsletter you've signed up for, have an account with or have otherwise provided with your personal information. 2. Choose a Request Type Now decide what type of request you want to make. You can choose between Get Data, Delete Data and Stop Marketing templates. • Get Data: You can use this template to request that a company provide you with a copy of all of the personal data that they hold on you. • Delete Data: You can use this template to request that a company delete all the personal data they hold on you. • Stop Marketing: You can use this template to request that a company stops all marketing communication with you, including emails, mail and phone calls. 3. Enter Your Details Add your name and other details you think the company may need to identify you or your account. For example, a customer ID number or unique username. 4.
