Zenergy Studios vs THALK

Download the Zenergy app today to plan and book your classes! From the Zenergy iPhone app you can view class schedules, book and manage your existing reservations, buy classes, view ongoing promotions, as well as view studio information. The Zenergy workout is specifically designed to strengthen the body, the heart, and the mind while burning maximum calories. Light handweights are used to engage the upper body while movement in and out of the saddle works your core and lower body. Cleated shoes are worn to increase riders connection between the foot and the bike, engaging the hamstrings and glute muscles, resulting in lean, toned legs. The philosophy is simple; to help you forget about how hard you are working, instead allowing you to clip into the bike and out of the rest of the world. Some of your clearest thinking happens on a walk. Thalk is a walking journal that captures the moment: where you went, what you heard, and what was on your mind. Start a Thalk, and your route is tracked, your song is tagged from Apple Music, and your thoughts have a place to live. Years from now, you'll open a memory and remember exactly who you were that day. WHAT YOU CAN DO Track your walk with GPS and see your route on a map Tag the song you're listening to from Apple Music, and listen to it right in the app Name your walks, and add photos, voice memos, or thoughts, during or after Discover the artist behind the song, and when it came out Share a walk as a beautiful card in six styles, with your private thoughts kept private Browse your history by year and month Revisit a random memory every day on your home screen Get daily inspiration: a poem, a book, and an artist Free.
