VPET vs LayerMapper NDI

VPET offers a holistic approach for collaborative tools that allow real-time on-set light and asset editing via an intuitive interface. The app supports ARKit. The development can be customized to any production environment and particularly considers established (offline) film pipelines. The application is intended for professional 3D animation, VFX, TV and game cinematic creation. Its development is open-source, with growing support for diverse film and VFX pipelines. VPET was initially developed in the scope of the EU funded project Dreamspace (610005). The development is continued after project Dreamspace ended in fall 2016 on behalf of Filmakademie Baden-Württembergs research and development department.
