Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: فتوى at none against Tfaseel's 6. فتوى also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.6). Tfaseel's advantage is ratings volume (951 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
