Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Putt at 5.0 against Golf Champs's 3.0. Putt also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). Golf Champs's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
