The clearest difference is update cadence: DioramApp at fortnightly against Dragones's every 6 months. DioramApp also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). Dragones's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.
