From the app, you can easily access everything from your contract, rent payment schedule, Energy Performance Certificates, how-to guides and other useful documents provided by your property manager. (It also reduces printing which is good for the planet). You can also see the payment status of all your rent instalments, with useful reminders sent to you before each instalment​ is due. If you need to discuss payment terms or any other issues with your property manager, just open up the app and live-chat with your property manager.
