As programmers read source code we passively absorb some of the meaning via syntax highlighting for the language. NaturalSyntax aims to do the same thing with natural human language, this will improve reading comprehension and understanding by passively absorbing the parts of speech via subtle styling of the text. The Blessed Hope Translation (BHT) is an English translation of the New Testament that seeks to creatively and transparently integrate the strengths of different translation philosophies, for the purpose of communicating the message of Jesus and the apostles clearly and effectively. On the BHT App you will find three versions of the Blessed Hope Translation: (1) a version with full translator’s notes (including technical translator’s notes, commentary, and cross-references); (2) a version with abridged translator’s notes (with most technical notes removed); and (3) a reader’s version with minimal footnotes (footnotes in this version being limited mostly to Old Testament quotations and allusions, some alternate renderings, and verses found in some manuscripts but not in others).
