ServiceLovers is a positive rating concept that allows service employees to receive feedback from their customers directly to their mobile devices. Customers can give "digital tips" when they have had a good service experience - show gratitude and give recognition - at no cost. Service employees receive recognition in the form of recommendations on their Servicelover's profile. This recognition can then be used to illustrate one's value as an employee. By receiving positive and tangible recognition, we believe it will encourage those who provide good service experiences to continue to do a great job and even improve.
