Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: La Comer at 4.6 against BCBG's 1.0. La Comer also leads on ratings volume (3.4K vs 1) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). BCBG's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
La Comer holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: La Comer has 3.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of La Comer's written reviews are positive against 40% of BCBG's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
La Comer ships an update every 3 weeks, BCBG every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
