Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: AppPromo at 5.0 against La Comer's 4.6. AppPromo also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). La Comer's advantage is ratings volume (3.4K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
