Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Alerthor at 5.0 against Hearlo's 4.4. Alerthor also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). Hearlo's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (29 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
