TraXu is a purpose-built app designed to support a range of health and safety monitoring services provided by the National Response Centre (NRC). About

Restore Trees NSW

Features

Restore Trees NSW can help landholders and the community discover where it is best to replant native vegetation and where it is best to look after native vegetation to maximise the benefits for biodiversity. Restoring vegetation on your property can help to improve your site's overall condition, connect habitat for animals and increase resilience to climate change. Deciding where and how to undertake your planting can greatly influence the success of the project and biodiversity benefits that your planting can provide. It is important to understand the local conditions and existing habitat. The ideal objective for any native vegetation restoration project is to recreate the native vegetation believed to have occurred before it was degraded. The app can provide information about what plants currently grow in your area or used to grow so that you can consider them for replanting. The app includes detailed information about people and other support in your local area, including local resources and available knowledge. Note: the app may use your location. The mapping used in this application is indicative only. Decisions made at the property-scale should be based on an on-ground assessment.
