Ghostchaser is a real-time driving coach for Gran Turismo 7 on PS5. It listens to your PS5 over Wi-Fi, compares your inputs against a reference lap, and tells you — through your phone's speakers, while you drive — exactly where you're losing time. No wheel required. No capture card. No modded controller. Open the app, point it at your PS5, and start a race. HOW IT WORKS As you drive, Ghostchaser plays a continuous tone that traces the reference driver's brake input at your current track position. When the tone matches what your foot is doing, you're on the line. When it doesn't, you're losing time. Your eyes stay on the track; your ears do the work. AUDIO SETUP For best results, mix Ghostchaser's audio into your headphones alongside your game audio — Bluetooth or an inexpensive headphone mixer both work fine. You want to hear the coaching tone alongside engine and tire sound, not in place of it. WHAT YOU GET • Live brake audio coaching — a continuous tone tied to the reference lap's brake trace, position-matched at 60Hz. • Oscilloscope traces — side-by-side live vs reference brake and throttle graphs, raw or smoothed, with a corner-by-corner cursor that sweeps as you approach each turn. • Per-corner stats — entry, apex, and exit speed deltas plus gear matching for every corner of the lap. • Reference lap library — fresh reference laps every week for the three GT7 Sport Mode daily races (A, B, and C). • Universal app — iPhone and iPad, portrait or landscape. WHAT YOU NEED • A PS5 running Gran Turismo 7 • An iPhone or iPad on the same Wi-Fi network • Free trial included. Subscription unlocks the live-trace overlay, so you can see your inputs alongside the reference lap after lap. Drive faster by hearing what fast feels like. Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Podverse at 1.8K against GhostChaser GT's 1. Podverse also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). GhostChaser GT's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Podverse sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and GhostChaser GT sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
GhostChaser GT holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Podverse has 1.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
