Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: arboleaf at free with in-app purchases against Pinner's subscription. arboleaf also leads on ratings volume (7.1K vs 1) and device support (4 vs 2). Pinner's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, rating and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. arboleaf sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Pinner sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for arboleaf against 5.0 for Pinner. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: arboleaf has 7.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
