Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: LogicTV at 5.0 against MoiDom's 4.3. MoiDom's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (17 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
