Inspector Gadgets helps home inspectors complete more work in less time. Run full-home, 4-point, and wind mitigation inspections from the palm of your hand without rebuilding the same property information, photo lists, forms, and job files for every appointment. SAVE TIME BEFORE AND DURING EVERY INSPECTION • Pull property records, permit history, roof details, and appointment information into the job before the inspection starts. • Follow state-approved inspection checklists that keep systems, required photos, findings, and inspection steps organized as you work. • Capture photos directly into labeled sections from your iPhone or iPad. • Keep your notes and progress saved to the correct property and inspection. OFFICIAL FORMS, FILLED OUT FOR YOU Inspector Gadgets uses the information collected during the inspection to pre-fill the appropriate official forms for the property's jurisdiction, including 4-Point Inspection and Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection (OIR-B1-1802) forms. Produce printable and downloadable PDFs with the required information and photo pages, then review, sign, print, download, or send them from the app. RUN YOUR INSPECTION BUSINESS IN ONE PLACE • Manage clients, appointments, properties, and inspections • Create and send invoices from within the app • Keep reports, forms, photos, and supporting documents organized by job • Send completed documents directly to clients • Continue working across iPhone and iPad PLANS Your first inspection is a free, watermarked sample. Pay only when you need a clean, submission-ready report: $5 for one report, $20 per month for up to 10 reports, or $98 per year for unlimited reports. Inspector Gadgets is software for qualified inspectors. It is not an insurance company, is not affiliated with the State of Florida or the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, and does not perform inspections or determine insurance coverage or discounts.
