Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: BLKFUSE TV at 100% against BLK PRIME's 15%. BLKFUSE TV also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.5) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). BLK PRIME's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (247 vs 6). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BLK PRIME sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and BLKFUSE TV sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
BLKFUSE TV holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BLK PRIME has 247 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 15% of BLK PRIME's written reviews are positive against 100% of BLKFUSE TV's.
BLK PRIME ships an update every 7 months, BLKFUSE TV every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
