Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: SKYE View at 5.0 against Wifi's 2.3. SKYE View also leads on iOS requirement (7.0 vs 12.0). Wifi's advantage is ratings volume (69 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
