De basis is eenvoudig: uw team of een extern bureau meet op geregelde tijdstippen de kwaliteit van uw kamers volgens een door u te kiezen 50-puntenmeting. Uit deze metingen kunt u trends waarnemen, en waar nodig uw afdelingen bijsturen. Quadit is vooraf gevuld met vragen en scores, die u naar uw eigen maatstaven kunt aanpassen.
