UniCampus is an initiative of the ID / IFR and eLearning Center (CEL) of the Politehnica University of Timișoara (UPT) in order to develop the first MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) in Romania, as a virtual online platform for free open courses, for everyone. UniCampus' vision is to strengthen the recognition of Romanian universities, the power to support and reach into the economic, social and educational life in Romania of quality, academic education, by promoting free access to knowledge. The UniCampus platform is an open platform, developed by UPT and is supported by CEL, which will be attended by other universities in Romania and European Union that want to contribute to the development of open education, by developing MOOC courses in Romanian, English and other languages. The UniCampus platform includes now also the DigiCulture MOOCs courses developed as part of the Erasmus+ strategic partnership DigiCulture project.

eLearning UVT este platforma oficială de educație online predare-învățare-evaluare, a Universității de Vest din Timișoara. Platforma de educație eLearning UVT vine în sprijinul studenţilor actuali, ca o interfaţă de comunicare între profesori şi studenţi axată pe oferirea de sisteme de educație elearning în cadrul cursurilor. Accesul la eLearning UVT este permis tuturor studentilor din cliclurile de licență și masterat (ID/ZI) ale Universității de Vest din Timișoara, autentificarea în cadrul platformei se face cu credențialele contului instituțional de email.
