The app is developed for BYD Battery-Box Premium installers or customers to configure the product before it operates. 1. You can read the real-time events and historical events of the product; 2. You can upload diagnosis information of the product to BYD server with one-click for the reference of BYD After-Sales Service; 3. You can read the Service Guideline and visit the Battery-Box website in the APP; 4. You’ll receive the firmware updates and other notifications from BYD; 5. New UI design.
