The Ultimateinstability app allows you to complement workouts with Aquabags, Aquaballs and our Hydrovest. Not only does it contain 180+ animated exercises previously hosted on our Online Training Center it also provides you with countless other training exercises; dumbells, functional, core, etc. The Ultimateinstability app contains: - The UI-community, an online gathering place for professionals where ideas can be spread and discussed - 2000+ 3D animated exercises which you can use to create your own workouts and programs - Pre-build workout programs with the Aquabags, Aquaballs and our Hydrovest IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you get access to this application, you have to create your personal account for the Ultimateinstability app (This account is completely independent of the account you used on our website). Once you created your account you will be able to use the application on your desktop and on your phone by downloading the app in the Apple store. Get 3 months of free access to the Ultimateinstability app by creating your account and joining the UI Tribe! You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.

Welcome to the Tier One PT App! Log on to access your personalized Home Exercise Program on your mobile device. Using this app, you can access your personalized Home Exercise Program with HD Instructional videos. On the 'Messages' tab, you can securely communicate with your Tier One PT provider. As you make progress in your program, you'll earn virtual trophies and achievement badges to celebrate your milestones! Visit the 'Awards' tab to see your achievements and track your progress. On the 'Awards' tab, you can track these items. Prefer a language other than English? Go to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to pick another language option. If you need to book an appointment, please go to the 'Appointments' tab for more info. Make sure to select 'Mark as Complete' when doing your exercises to ensure that your provider can keep track of your progress! You must be a Tier One PT patient to gain access. This app integrates with your phone's Motion and Fitness activity framework to read daily step count data allowing your provider to monitor your activity.
