Send an All Good. Simpler than a text or call or email because the recipient doesn’t need to respond. Set up in advance who you want your contact person (or people) to be, and when they accept your connection, they’ll know to expect regular All Good updates from you. If you miss a day, then they’ll know to investigate. Don’t worry about privacy: The All Good database is hosted in Apple's iCloud, and it doesn’t store any of your personal information or any information from your contacts. Your name is the only info the app keeps, and that's stored in your private iCloud account – no one else can see that unless you send them an invitation.
