Control vs Vuelve

You unlock your phone to check the time and resurface twenty minutes later with nothing to show for it. Vuelve blocks the apps and websites eating your day, and sets screen time limits that actually hold. It doesn't ask for willpower — it gives it back. A limit you can dismiss with one tap isn't a limit. With Vuelve you decide in advance, with a clear head, what it costs to get past a block: a wait, a breath, a walk, a key you left in another room. BLOCKS THAT HOLD • App blocker and website blocker: you pick exactly what gets closed. • Schedules (mornings, work hours, nights, weekends) or always on. • Daily limits: 20 minutes of social media, then it's done. • Adult filter: turn on Apple's content filter with one tap. Websites are blocked in Safari and in browsers that honor Screen Time. YOU DECIDE HOW HARD IT IS TO BYPASS Pausing a block has a price, and you set it: • A wait: ask now, get your pause in ten minutes. Or tomorrow. • Breathe before you open: ten seconds of breathing, then you decide again. • A sentence typed by hand, a password a friend keeps, or a physical key: a QR code you left in another room. And when a block stops you, it reminds you of your why. EARN YOUR SCREEN TIME Some blocks don't open on the clock. They open when you've done what you set out to do. • Walk your steps, work out, study in Focus, write your plan for the day. • Steps and exercise are checked automatically, with your phone, your band or your health app. • "Your morning first": apps stay closed until your habit is done. • A habit log with one square per day. • "Days without…": count the days without what you're quitting. A slip never wipes the total. FOCUS AND BUNKER MODE A focus timer with three levels. Quick closes the apps in your blocks right away. Custom leaves open only what you choose. In Bunker mode you cannot leave until it ends. NEURO: YOUR DATA, NO GUILT One number from 0 to 100 for how your day went, and the three things that move it: digital fun, night-time use and app switching. Plus your screen time and a weekly recap. Data to act on, not charts to feel bad about. FREE, AND WHAT PREMIUM ADDS Free, for good: 2 blocks of up to 5 apps, schedules, always on, daily limits, waits before pausing, 10-second breathing, one habit that unlocks apps, Quick Focus, your Digital Balance and "Days without…". Premium is everything else: unlimited blocks, websites and adult content, the hard pauses (typing, password or key), choosing how long you breathe, Bunker and Custom, full NEURO, weekly and monthly stats and the whole habit log. By subscription with a free trial, or as a one-time purchase. WHAT VUELVE DOESN'T DO • No account, no sign-up. • No ads. • No analytics, no trackers. • No servers: your data never leaves your device. Its design has been reviewed by a neuroscientist and a psychologist. ABOUT THE SCREEN TIME PERMISSION Vuelve uses Apple's Screen Time API to block apps. Apple never tells us which apps you picked or how much you use them: the app works with sealed identifiers that only the system understands. Nothing leaves your device. Privacy policy: https://vuelveapp.github.io/legal/ Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Vuelve means "come back" in Spanish. It doesn't promise to cure anything. It just hands the decision back to you.
