Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: City Zero Gym at 5.0 against SYNC GO's 4.4. SYNC GO's advantage is update cadence (every 4 months vs every 18 months) and ratings volume (39 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
