CloudGate Room Display (CGRD) application provides a complete view of the available rooms in an organization so that the employees can locate and book the required room for a meeting. Once registered via the CloudGate web portal, CGRD does not require a login to be used. Each user of the organization can view the availability of the rooms, book a room, select the booking type, and choose a resident for whom the room is being booked.
