The Levers Calculator is a physics/math calculator designed for quick and easy determination of effort force, load force, distance from load force to fulcrum, distance from effort force to fulcrum, or Mechanical Advantage. Features: - Instant calculation. - Results are copyable to other apps. - Formulas included as references. - Supports up to 16 decimal places. - Supports various units for each input. - Works seamlessly on both iPhone and iPad. - Lightweight, compact app optimized for everyday use. - Ad-free and built with privacy in mind. A lever is a simple machine consisting of a beam or rigid rod pivoted at a fixed hinge, or fulcrum. Classified into three types based on the location of fulcrum, load, and effort, levers amplify input force to provide a greater output force, creating leverage. The mechanical advantage of a lever is the ratio of the output force to the input force. Classes of levers: 1. Class 1: Fulcrum in the middle - effort on one side, load on the other (e.g., seesaw, crowbar). 2. Class 2: Resistance in the middle - effort on one side, fulcrum on the other (e.g., wheelbarrow, nutcracker). 3. Class 3: Effort in the middle - load on one side, fulcrum on the other (e.g., tweezers, human mandible). Mechanical advantage is a measure of force amplification. It's expressed by the law of the lever, where the moment action on both sides is equal: Fe x De = Fl x Dl Where: - F_e = effort force (N, lb) - F_l = load force (N, lb) - D_l = distance from load force to fulcrum (m, ft) - D_e = distance from effort force to fulcrum (m, ft) The effort force can be calculated using the formula: Fe = Fl x Dl / De Fe = m x g x Dl / De where m = mass (kg) g = acceleration of gravity (9.81 m/s²) Thanks for your support, and please visit nitrio.com for more apps for your iOS devices.

Engichat is the AI copilot for practicing civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers — calculations, code checks, CAD, and field inspection in one app you can use from the office or the job site. Unlike a general chatbot, Engichat shows its work and cites the clause. Every calculation runs on validated engineering formulas — not guessed arithmetic — and every code answer is grounded in the actual standard, so you get results you can defend and stamp. DESIGN & VERIFY AGAINST U.S. CODES • Structural: beam flexure, shear, deflection, columns & foundations — ACI 318-19 and AISC 360-16, with the section and clause shown • Wind & seismic loads — ASCE 7-16 (MWFRS, equivalent lateral force) • Electrical: conductor sizing, breaker selection, voltage drop & load calcs — NEC 2023 (incl. Article 220 & 430) • Mechanical & piping — ASME B31.3, ASHRAE Fundamentals • Full working shown, every step, with the code reference beside the result ASK ANY CODE IN PLAIN ENGLISH Get answers with specific clause citations — not a confident guess. When a source is available, Engichat tells you exactly where the answer came from. SPECIALIST AI, NOT ONE GENERIC BOT Your question is routed to the right expert agent — structural, electrical, mechanical, chemical, petroleum, or CAD — for domain-accurate answers. CAD AUTOMATION Generate AutoLISP scripts and drawings from a description. Turn hours of drafting into seconds and open the result straight in AutoCAD. ENGINEERING VISION Point your camera at a site condition, drawing, or component. Analyze, inspect, and measure in the field — no desktop required. WORK, NOT JUST CHAT Email reports, update Sheets, schedule meetings, and manage tasks in Jira — straight from the conversation. Engichat takes the action, not just the note. BUILT FOR TEAMS Shared workspaces, a reusable formula-template library, and multilingual support (English, French, Spanish, Thai). TRY IT FREE Start free every week, upgrade when you need more. Starter, Pro, and Premium plans available. Engichat assists your engineering judgment — it does not replace the review, verification, and professional responsibility of a licensed engineer.
