The iMHere (Interactive Mobile Health and Rehabilitation) 2.0 system is an innovative self-care reminder and mobile health delivery system currently in development at the University of Pittsburgh. The system can provide reminders for self-management tasks; track health-related information; and, if connected to the web-based portal, can provide a communication bridge among a client, caregiver, and clinician. iMHere 2.0 can be used alone as a reminder and tracking system; in conjunction with the caregiver specific app (iMHere Caregiver) to allow oversight of reminder compliance and health-related issues; and/or can be connected to the internet-based clinician portal allowing for care-plan delivery, tracking and response to medical issues, and telehealth related communication. The modules within iMHere are customizable, and users can select which ones they wish to use. Connection to the portal enables more functionality of the app that is not available when used without connectivity; such as, clinician—client messaging, caregiver oversight and tracking, and alerts when compliance with reminders is low or health-related issues are reported by the client. Currently, the app is only functional for those participating in a study. These location data will be used to tag every report submitted to the server to support location-based services. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life

About

Parensure

Features

Parensure helps families stay coordinated around the people they care for — without losing sight of what caregiving actually takes. Caring for an aging loved one is real work: tracking routines, noticing changes, keeping everyone in the family on the same page. Parensure doesn't try to take that work away from you. It gives your care circle a shared, clear view of daily patterns — so the effort you're already putting in goes toward attention and judgment, not guesswork and repeated check-in calls. For Families & Care Circles Shared Routine Visibility See daily patterns and routine adherence in one place, visible to everyone in the care circle who needs to know. Pattern Awareness Notifications Get notified when a routine breaks from the norm, so you can decide what attention is needed — not because an algorithm is deciding for you. Coordinated, Not Duplicated Multiple family members can stay informed without duplicating effort, stepping on each other, or losing track of who checked in last. For Loved Ones Dignity-First Design No cameras. No listening devices. Just routine-based coordination that respects privacy and independence. Built for Independence Supports daily routines while keeping a care circle connected — without requiring wearables or complicated setup. Parensure is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or predict health outcomes. It's a coordination layer for the family caregiving that's already happening. Your love is the care. Parensure is the coordination.
