Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: NumberGuess at none against Favo!'s shown. NumberGuess also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 72%). Favo!'s advantage is ratings volume (102 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.2). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
