BundyPlus Now vs EventLab

The BundyPlus™ employee app is ideal for businesses that require a mobile workforce to record times or simply a way to track where and when employees clock in and out at any given time, from any location, with the ability to record jobs by locations - all through their own mobile device. The use of the BundyPlus Now app requires your organisation to hold a current BundyPlus account.

Working a live event? EventLab gives everyone on the ground exactly what they need, whether you're the organiser walking the site, a staff member ticking off jobs, a vendor finding your bump-in zone, or a contractor checking what's where. Everything is live, everything is in one place, and everything is at your fingertips, online or offline. See the whole site: Open the app and you're straight onto a live map of your event site. Every structure, area, route and landmark is right there. Tap anything on the map to see its details, supplier information, size and exactly how far away it is from where you're standing. Know what you're doing and when: Your schedule shows everything assigned to you, organised by date and time. No more chasing someone for a run sheet or trying to remember what you're supposed to be doing next. Just open the app, see your jobs, and tick them off as you go. Find anything on site, instantly: Search for any object, location or item on the map and go straight to it. Whether you're looking for the nearest first aid point, a specific supplier's equipment or a particular area of the site, it's one search away. Walk the site, map as you go: Heading out to scout your venue? Drop geo-accurate markers as you walk, noting where you want structures, entrances, equipment or anything else to go. Head back to the desktop and everything you pinned is waiting for you, exactly where you placed it, ready to build from. Drop a marker: Spot something that needs attention? Drop a pin on the map, add a note or photo, and your team sees it straight away. No phone calls. No trying to describe where you are. Always up to date: The map and your jobs sync in real time. If something changes, you see it. No outdated PDFs. No version confusion. Just the current, live version of everything. EventLab is the event management platform built for live events. The planning and setup happens on the desktop. This app is your window into everything that's been built, designed to keep everyone on site informed, on track and confident on the day.
