Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: sysdiagnose at 100% against Keenetic's 47%. sysdiagnose also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs monthly). Keenetic's advantage is rating (4.1 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (156 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Keenetic holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Keenetic has 156 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Keenetic's written reviews are positive against 100% of sysdiagnose's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Keenetic ships an update monthly, sysdiagnose every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
