This App was designed for those runners who want a simple plan to help them place higher in their own age group at races. The initial plan is geared towards preparing for a 5K/10K/Half-Marathon race, but other race distances may be added in the future. The plan is based on information gathered from multiple sources as well as personal experience using the plan. For those training in hotter climates, there is an App called Training Pace in the Apple App Store to help in making pace adjustments due to hot and humid conditions.

Workout Tracking — Train every sport, beautifully. One planner for everything you do. Workout Tracking brings structure to your training across seven sports — swim, bike, run, yoga, core, gym, and pickleball — then guides you through every session and syncs it straight to your wrist. No clutter, no noise. Just your training, beautifully organised. ONE APP, EVERY DISCIPLINE Most apps do one sport well. Workout Tracking adapts to all of them. Pick a sport and the whole app reshapes itself: distance, time, or reps; phases, technique drills, and equipment — each session only shows what it actually needs. Plan a 1,800m swim set, an interval run, a push day at the gym, or an evening yoga flow, all in the same place. STRUCTURED WORKOUT BUILDER Build real sessions, not just timers. Every workout is organised into four phases — warm-up, technique, main set, and cool-down — so your training has shape and intent. Add activities by distance, time, or reps, set target paces, attach equipment like kickboards, pull buoys, and paddles, and reorder everything with a tap. Save sessions as templates and reuse them whenever you like. GUIDED PLAYER WITH VOICE CUES When it's time to train, a full-screen countdown ring walks you through every interval. Choose auto-advance or tap to move at your own pace. Hear "3… 2… 1… go," count reps by tempo, and never lose your place. Pause anytime to read step-by-step technique notes and check the gear you need — your timer waits for you. FINISH IT ON YOUR WRIST Start a workout on your iPhone and pick it up on Apple Watch. Follow each phase with the native control set — End, Pause, Segment, Lap, and Water Lock for swims. Live heart rate, pace, and sensor data track the whole way, and sessions sync back to your phone the moment you're done. Two-way, automatic, effortless. CLOSES YOUR RINGS With your permission, Workout Tracking reads from and writes to Apple Health and Fitness. Heart rate, calories, distance, and duration flow into your history and close your Activity rings — no manual logging, no double entry. MASTER EVERY TECHNIQUE A built-in technique library covers drills for every sport, with clear step-by-step instructions and the equipment each one calls for. It streams from the cloud and caches on device, so guidance is always current and always available — even poolside. SMART TOOLS BUILT IN Stop doing math in your head. Convert pace between distance and time for any sport, translate a swim across pool lengths (15m, 25m, 50m and more), and estimate calories burned by sport, weight, and intensity — all one tap away. MUSIC WHILE YOU MOVE Connect Apple Music or Spotify, browse your playlist, follow the lyrics, and watch a live equalizer ride your timer. The right track, right when you need it. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS See your training add up across weeks, months, and years. Distance trends, session counts, day streaks, and personal records show you exactly how far you've come — and keep you coming back. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account required. Your workouts stay on your device and, if you choose, in your own private iCloud. We don't sell your data, we don't track you, and your health metrics never touch our servers. Whether you're chasing a threshold pace, building strength, or just keeping the streak alive — Workout Tracking gives every session the structure it deserves.
