Track your progress using the SWOLF metric, a popular swimming efficiency indicator, directly in the calendar. 2. DETAILED WORKOUT ANALYSIS: Tap a calendar date for an in-depth view of your swim session, including pace per 100m, stroke distance, sweet spot analysis and loop-by-loop stroke per minute metric. 3. DATA EXPORT: Easily export workout data to CSV format for advanced analysis in Numbers on your laptop. 4. Apple Watch App that can be used as a Stroke Tempo Trainer - it vibrates every given period of time (0.5-3 sec, or 20-120 SPM) so you can use it to make strokes for each hand or only for the left hand with watch to keep the required strokes tempo. Insights for Optimized Training: - Discover patterns in your swimming habits. For example, realizing a lack of activity on Mondays could lead to scheduling morning swims, boosting efficiency and combating procrastination. - Correct your stroke rate to be in the sweet spot (white zone in the chart of pace to stroke rate dependency). - Download CSV file with your workout and ask AI assistant to provide you a feedback or a piece of advice regarding the data in that file - the data is enough for it to evaluate your workout and provide a meaningful feedback.
