Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: SongReady at none against Praise's shown. SongReady also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Praise's advantage is ratings volume (652 vs 4). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

SongReady holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Praise has 652 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 75% of Praise's written reviews are positive against 100% of SongReady's.
