Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Destiny Child at none against Attack on Time's shown. Destiny Child also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). Attack on Time's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 16 months) and chart position (#135 vs unranked). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.
