About

Solyd

Solyd is built for the 30 to 90 seconds between sets: one thumb, half your attention. Logging is one tap. Your previous weight and reps are already filled in, the rest timer starts itself, and personal records are spotted for you. BUILT FOR THE SET, NOT THE SPREADSHEET • One-tap logging, with your previous numbers pre-filled and visible inline, never a screen away • An automatic rest timer that survives you locking your phone, and nudges you when it is done • Warm-up, drop and failure set types, and unilateral left and right tracking • Automatic PR detection (estimated 1RM, heaviest, best reps) with a celebration that stays out of your way TWO THINGS OTHER TRACKERS DO NOT DO • Injury-aware swaps. Flag a sore shoulder, knee or lower back, and Solyd suggests safer alternatives for the movements that stress it • Recovery readiness. A daily check that tells you whether to push or hold back EVERYTHING AROUND THE LOOP • Build routines, organise them into folders, duplicate and edit freely • A searchable exercise library with how-to notes, common mistakes, history, records and charts, and room for your own movements • Progress that is honest: a training calendar, volume and estimated-1RM charts, muscle balance, streaks and body measurements • Export your history as CSV or a full JSON backup, and import it back. Your data is yours YOURS, OFFLINE, PRIVATE • Works fully offline. Start in seconds in guest mode, with no account • Optional cloud backup keeps your training across devices when you sign in • Apple Health can keep your body weight in step and feed your daily readiness, with your permission • No ads. No third-party trackers. Nothing sold Dark by default, with a warm light theme. Both hand-tuned. Solyd is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
