Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: VGN at 4.4 against BILLA Bricks's 1.0. VGN also leads on ratings volume (7 vs 1). BILLA Bricks's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
