LinkTrace is a controlled file distribution console for creators, freelancers, and small teams—not a cloud drive, and not a throwaway transfer tool. You do not need more storage. You need to know who downloaded your file—and the power to take the link back. WHO IT IS FOR • Designers, photographers, illustrators delivering proofs and finals to clients • Consultants, lawyers, and accountants sharing proposals, contracts, and quotes • Product, ops, and marketing teams distributing sensitive materials with rules • Anyone who needs password-protected links with expiry, limits, and traceability CORE FEATURES • Secure links: Recipients must enter a password before viewing or downloading • Per-recipient passwords: One file, multiple keys—each labeled (e.g., Tom, Jerry) so downloads map to a person • Expiry and limits: Set time windows and max download counts; optionally auto-delete when limits are hit • Instant control: Pause or revoke a link—access stops immediately • Access audit ledger: Timestamp, key label, IP, region, device, and pass/fail reason for every attempt • Dynamic watermarking: Semi-transparent stamps on images; audit headers on supported documents • Advanced rules: IP allowlists, country/region allowlists, and per-key device caps • Analytics dashboard: Download trends, device and geo breakdowns, recent activity • Downloader comments: Verified feedback tied to the password label used WHY NOT A CLOUD DRIVE OR WETransfer? Drives store files. Transfer tools optimize speed. LinkTrace optimizes control—rules, traceability, and revocation after you share. USE CASES • Send a mockup with a 72-hour window and 2 downloads, then auto-delete • Give each investor a unique password and see who accessed the deck • Pause a leaked link in one tap • Review a full access log when you need accountability Upload, set rules, share. LinkTrace—secure links you can limit, revoke, and trace. Privacy Policy and Terms are available in the app. A creator account and network connection are required. --- Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://www.x2help.com/public/ios/paper2help/privacy-policy.html
