The Espire Hub by Steeper Group grants prosthetists unique access and control of the Espire Elbow series. Using a wireless, secure Bluetooth connection, prosthetists are able to calibrate the system, adjust threshold, speeds, and control settings to best fit their patients’ needs. Espire Hub has a simple setup, clear instructions, and ultimate tunability for the Espire Elbow. It benefits both prosthetists and patients, simplifying a once complicated process. Additionally, clinicians have the ability to make fundamental programming changes from the comfort of their offices rather than sending the device back to Steeper Group.
MyoRocket

Advanced upper limb prosthetic hands allow users to control the device using forearm muscles. Prosthetic professionals need to design a prosthetic socket with myoelectric electrodes that capture the best signal—meaning the patient can easily contract the muscle, and this activity is detected by the electrode. In addition to optimal electrode placement, signal amplification must be set to ensure the signal is well observed within a defined scale. However, even the best electrode placement won't ensure long-term functionality of the robotic hand unless the patient exercises their forearm muscles and feels comfortable with various contraction and relaxation sets. The MyoRocket device and app offer a modern solution for professionals and their patients to address these challenges. Real-time signals can be observed and adjusted as needed through electrode placement and signal amplification. Patients can enhance their prosthesis control by playing games designed to train and develop their forearm muscles. The MyoRocket system supports remote training, with sessions that can be streamed in real-time and recorded for clinician examination. Patients can now train their muscles at home under professional supervision.
