Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Composer Pro at 4.5 against EZ Composer App's 3.2. Composer Pro also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 13 months). EZ Composer App's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
