I built TrackBP because I’ve lived it—11 stents, then open-heart surgery. Each morning I track my meds, blood pressure, and other vitals to stay on top of my cardiac health. TrackBP brings that routine into one simple, focused app so you can log quickly, view trends, and catch changes early. What you can do Track meds fast: record daily doses and quantities on hand. Log vitals clearly: BP (systolic/diastolic), pulse, notes. Spot changes: see recent history and patterns at a glance. Stay consistent: gentle prompts help build a daily habit. Keep it simple: no clutter—just the essentials that matter. Why it’s different Designed by a cardiac patient for real-world use. Minimal taps, readable screens, and focused features. Private by default—your data is yours. Pricing TrackBP is free. If it helps you or someone you care about, there’s an optional Tip Jar to support ongoing improvements. Important TrackBP is a logging tool only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your clinician for medical decisions or emergencies.
