Bed

Bed is a sleep diary you fill in each morning in about ten seconds. No microphone, no sensors, no phone on your pillow. Just when you fell asleep, when you woke up, how rested you felt, and why. - Last night in one tap Bed fills in your usual times, so most mornings you just tap Save. When you want to add more, note how long it took to fall asleep and how many times you woke up. - Why, as tags Caffeine, alcohol, late screen, stress, exercise, and your own tags. Add them in a tap instead of writing notes. Pick a tag on the Entries screen to see only the days it's on. - Sleep bars See each night as a bar, from bedtime to wake-up. Naps and nights without sleep have their own marks. - Trends, side by side Average sleep, average bedtime and wake-up, average time to fall asleep, how much your bedtime varies, weekdays next to weekends, and your restedness on days with and without each tag. It compares your own entries side by side; it doesn't tell you what caused what. - A card for your week Share the last 7 days as a picture: the dates, the sleep bars, and how many days you logged. Nothing else goes on the card. - Widgets Last night on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. Open Log Last Night with Siri or Shortcuts. The wide widget with 7 nights of bars is part of Bed Pro. - Yours, on this device No account, no ads. Entries stay on your device and in your device backup. Export to CSV anytime. - Bed Pro Logging, viewing entries and filtering them by tag, Trends, the weekly card, the Last Night widget, reminders, and CSV export and import are free. Bed Pro (optional purchase: monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime) adds a PDF report of your last 2 or 4 weeks and a wide widget with 7 nights of bars. Bed doesn't give medical advice. If sleep problems continue, talk to a professional. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://indieway.xyz/en/apps/bed/privacy

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Yarmill at none against Bed's 3. Yarmill also leads on iOS requirement (15 vs 17.0). Bed's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
