This application has nothing to do with cookies you can eat, it's not a recipe book or a game about cooking. This application is essentially a tool for developers to manipulate HTTP cookies and test things easily on mobile devices. An HTTP cookie (also called web cookie, Internet cookie, browser cookie, or simply cookie) is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the user's computer by the user's web browser while the user is browsing.
Patriorigen

Know better the products you buy. Patriorigen is a barcode scanner that helps you consult the information available on the origin of food and consumer products. Focus the code with the camera or enter it manually to see: • Name and image of the product. • Country of origin or declared place of manufacture. • Information associated with the GS1 prefix of the code. • History of the last products consulted. • Origin data reviewed by the Patriorigen team. If you detect that the available information does not match the labeling, you can send a collaborative report. The application will request a photograph of the barcode and another of the indication of origin. The team will review the evidence before updating the shared database. Whether the report is accepted or rejected, photos are deleted after review. Patriorigen presents information in a simple way to help you compare products and make more informed purchasing decisions based on your preferences. Important information The prefix of an EAN code identifies the GS1 organization that assigned the numbering, but does not by itself guarantee the country where the product was manufactured. The provenance shown depends on labeling, information declared by manufacturers, external sources and reviewed reports. It may be incomplete, outdated or unavailable. Always check the physical labeling of the product to confirm its origin. Some information may come from Open Food Facts. Patriorigen is not affiliated with GS1, manufacturers or distributors. Privacy The image from the camera used during scanning is processed to detect the barcode. History is saved locally on the device. Photos are only sent when the user decides to file a report. The application may display interstitial advertisements and request corresponding consent options.
