Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Neymar Jr Comics at 67% against Comics Plus's 20%. Neymar Jr Comics also leads on rating (3.7 vs 2.5) and iOS requirement (9.3 vs 15.1). Comics Plus's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (102 vs 11). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
