About

Timestamp Camera

EverStamp puts the date and the time into every photo and video you take with it, with the place if your phone reports it. Your captures stay together as one file. When you close it, an independent service timestamps the whole file. Whoever receives the file verifies it themselves, in the browser, with no account. FEATURES • A stamp bar in every photo: date, time, address, the file's name, your name or company, a note. • Video with sound, up to ten minutes each, with the stamp bar in every frame and a timestamp of its own for each video. Not in Basis: to try with Plus, more with Plus Video, and on Business with the video module. • Checklists for common jobs, showing what is still missing. • When a checklist asks for a meter reading, the camera reads it in the viewfinder, on the device; you confirm it. • Works without a connection after the first time; the seal follows when you are back online. • A follow-up file continues a stamped one; the button says what comes next, such as the intake after the handout. • Requests: an organisation sends a link or a code, and you record the captures it asks for. • No account needed. WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR • Moving in and out: meter readings, the state of the place at handover, the deposit. • Picking up or returning a car: scratches, mileage and fuel. • Damage and nuisance: a leak, building damage, an incident. • Work done: before and after, hidden work before it is closed up, extra work. HOW IT WORKS Every photo gets a bar with the device clock, the place and your name or company, in the image itself, so it survives a printout. The device signs every capture with a key that never leaves its hardware, and each capture refers to the previous one. When you close the file, a qualified trust service under eIDAS Article 41 timestamps the whole thing, and its existence goes into our public log. Any later change to the images or their order shows up. The time on the bar is the device clock; the time that counts is the timestamp. What the photo shows stays for the viewer to judge: EverStamp records, the weight of it is for the recipient to decide. THE RECIPIENT Share the file as an archive, as a PDF report or as a link. The recipient opens it in the browser at everstamp.app/verify and sees at a glance whether everything checks out. The signatures and the timestamp are open standards (C2PA and RFC 3161): every check but one also runs on public tools, and the confirmation from our registry comes from us. YOU KEEP THE FILE The captures stay on your phone, with three exceptions: a share link you make yourself, captures you deliver at an organisation's request, and files your organisation keeps with us. In those cases an encrypted copy comes to us. Our public log holds, per file, only fingerprints, the serial number and time of its timestamp, and identifiers of the file and the device; the device value differs per file. If you work for an organisation or at its request, our registry also keeps the file's name, your name, the checklist and what you filled in, for that organisation only. BASIS AND PLUS Basis has no subscription. Your first file is free, with the same seal as in Plus; after that you buy single files, one or three at a time, and they do not expire. What you record for an organisation does not count. Plus gives ten files a month, backup to your own cloud, your logo on the report, share links with a password for up to 90 days and the customer's signature in a checklist that has a step for it. On Plus, if you need more, you buy five more or single files. A subscription runs through the App Store and can be cancelled there.
