Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Perfect B at 5.0 against OTH Network's 4.0. Perfect B also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 76%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15). OTH Network's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (108 vs 17). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
