Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Coptic Prayers at none against Eklisia's shown. Coptic Prayers also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 months) and rating (4.9 vs 4.5). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Coptic Prayers holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Coptic Prayers has 21 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of Eklisia's written reviews are positive against 86% of Coptic Prayers's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Eklisia ships an update every 6 months, Coptic Prayers every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
