Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 成长兔 at 5.0 against 步步ABC's 4.7. 步步ABC's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
